1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Domestic Shipping:
- We ship most orders via Australia Post or Courier - whichever is faster at the time of your order, with an estimated delivery time of a few days. However, we ask that you allow up to 8 business days for delivery within Australia.
- For customers in rural areas, we use Australia Post for shipping. Please allow the same delivery timeframe of up to 8 business days.

Express Shipping:
- If you choose Express Shipping at checkout, we will ship your order via Australia Post. Delivery is typically within 1-2 business days, but we recommend allowing up to 4 business days for delivery.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed same day if placed before 2pm, otherwise they are processed within one business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the courier’s website.
4. Delivery Delays
- While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or courier delays, may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
5. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
- If your package is missing or lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier or Australia Post to locate your package. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but are missing.
